Harry is EY’s Chief Innovation Officer in the UK and Ireland. He uses emerging technologies to launch new platforms and products to help EY improves its clients’ businesses. He was a founding member of EY’s Advisory business which he led for seven years.
Harry has spent his working life helping large organisations to carry out successful change. Over 30 years this has involved working with clients to launch new businesses and products, deliver large transformation programmes and re-structure organisations.
Harry has worked with a range of clients across multiple sectors, including banks and insurance companies such as Axa, Natwest, the Pru and JP Morgan, household names such as Boots, EdF and Tesco, and Government Departments such as DWP, HMRC and the Department of Health.
In addition to his role at EY Harry chairs enei, the UK’s leading workplace equalities organisation, is a member of the Court of Governors of the University of the Arts London, and is a Trustee of the STEM Skills Fund.
